Service is available across Canada within the Rogers cell phone coverage area. International service, including the US, is unavailable. No usage fees and data is unlimited.
Loan period is 7 days. Wi-Fi hotspots must be picked up and returned to the library during opening hours from the service desk and returned directly to a staff member, who will ensure all device pieces have been returned in good condition. If the device becomes overdue, the library will disable it until it is returned.
$200 for a lost of damaged device; $15 for a lost or damaged cord or carrying case; and a $7 processing fee in addition to the replacement cost for any damaged items.
